AEA maintains both job and resume banks as a service to the evaluation profession. Use of the Career Center is free whether you are viewing or submitting a listing, although we do encourage a donation to our student initiatives fund to help build the future of the field. You do not need to be an AEA member to use this free service.
The AEA Career Center allows both job seekers and employers to post resumes/position descriptions in separate “banks”. Both U.S. and international postings are listed. Postings are able to be filtered by geographic region (e.g. state/ all U.S./Outside U.S) and can be sorted by firm name or by listing date. Resumes can also be sorted by the posters years of experience in evaluation (1-2, 3-5, 6-10 or more than 10). Each listing is linked to a resume or position description which include the best method of contacting the poster. The AEA Career Center targets individuals/positions with a focus on evaluation or evaluation research, and submissions are reviewed for appropriateness prior to posting.
Links to other job listing tools of interest to evaluators is also provided.
The American Evaluation Association is an international professional association of evaluators devoted to the application and exploration of program evaluation, personnel evaluation, technology, and many other forms of evaluation.
