When an employer is posting a position they should be required to use some form of secure pin or FEIN or similar ID to verify that the position is valid. A lot of postings (not all) on various job boards have been traced to websites whose sole purpose is to gather marketing information not provide gainful employment. This is not proper use of taxpayers' resources.
