Sue Connelly started the KITList (Keep in Touch List) as her personal mailing list for alumni from Silicon Graphics. It grew by word of mouth to its current form as a recruiter-paid Job Posting mailer to 64,000 subscribers. Now that social media is all the rage, Sue has expanded the KITList.org site to be a social media site. Check the current "Pay IT Forward" push for this week.
