The KeyTrain curriculum is beneficial to individuals wishing to enhance their WorkKeys scores and to those who simply want to improve in an area for a particular task on the job. In addition, the Career Skills offered with KeyTrain fill a gap for those who have not had some of the essential soft skill training needed to hold on to a job once hired. In the tight job market in our area, these skills can be the difference in keeping or getting a job or being unemployed.
