CoolWorks.com has been around since 1995 and is central to the seasonal job market niche. We focus on jobs in great places, which for us means national parks, resorts, ranches, camps, ski resorts, conservation corps, jobs on water, etc. Typically, we have 1 million page views per month and have a dedicated core of job seekers who keep up with us via our social network, My CoolWorks (http://my.coolworks.com). Employers that use our services either promote their entire operations via profiles or individual jobs through postings on our highlighted job page or help wanted now page. We also have our own applicant tracking system specifically designed for seasonal employers called Staffing Center and provide assistance with EEO tracking.
