    Do you aid those who have lots of job experience and no college degree to enhance their visibility? Or are you mostly committed to those who have a degree? I have found that there are few consultant companies that see the same value in these types of employees.

    We make a Needs Analysis assesment of our clients requirements and then identify the individuals with those qualifications. Some employers want a person with a degree, and some employers will accept someone with experience instead of a degree.
