Great job search tool for those in the military that are not sure of staying in or separating and for the Veterans joining the civilian labor force. I was able to do a trial run for state wide employment without any hassles. I liked the resources, tips and career advise sections. The job search tool also has information for Spouses, The only setback was that it did not do a regional search.
Of all the sites and military job boards I used when getting out, vetjobs was the most successful one for me. I got a very good job using them. The employment assistance information was great, especially the stuff about behavioral interviewing. Had I not read those articles, I would have bombed. I recommend vetjobs to everyone looking for a job.

My first Human Resources job was running the "corporate" side for Norrell, which later branched off as, Carter Bryant, a placement agency for "niche" applicants and employers. That was 30+ years ago.
