I would not recommend this tool because it does not allow you to look or post multi-state for opportunities. It is sort of a one-off feature.
I cannot find information on who operates the site. If I submit a resume in response to a job, who is getting my resume? It is also still in "beta" which means it looks kind of good now but has not been truly tested.
mfriley - On the About Us page, it clearly gives our names and there is also a contact page. When you submit a resume it goes directly to the employer that posted the job. This is done through email, routed to the address that the employer provided. We do not store resumes.
