Nice that results can be sorted by when they were posted, to rank the most recent jobs first.
Search is not necessarily precise: "disability" brought up jobs that mentioned offering disability insurance as a benefit...
i liked that it linked me to Taleo's universal profile, but I don't find it's job search function very intuitive to use. I'm getting results unrelated to my skills, will have to work harder at getting it to work for me.
OK, I withdraw my earlier comment, 5 more seconds of looking at the search page and I see now that it is actually easy to enter parameters for search. Will recommend the tool
