Although the user interface is well laid out, I had problems with the site erasing my data when I went from one page to the next.
Works for me! I was looking for a site committed to green jobs and was impressed with the functionality. The site is user friendly and intuitive. However, it does seem to focus on more than just green jobs. Not a negative, but just a note.
This site stands out the most and I could see not issues. We need something like this in Detroit.

I just created my free profile in 5 minutes and I like the idea of having a website that does all the work for me. This site will save me hours of tim in searching for a new job. Depending on how things go, I will probably continue to use other search tools.
Easy to use. Keeps me from reading over hundreds of resumes a month. As an employer we'll use to post our new positions.
