What a great service Susan Ireland is providing with these job search playlists on YouTube!
Susan is one of the best coaches on the market when it comes to resumes and other job search correspondence, and she has expanded her excellent offerings into free "coaching" sessions via these videos.
Many of the clients that I work with have not had to look for a job in many years. To get a quick and very accurate update of what is needed for their job search today, the first bit of "homework" I give them is to watch Susan Ireland's videos.
These short videos are very understandable and can help both your resume and interview quality.
