The Source is the most comprehensive and user-friendly source of available jobs and labor market data in the state. The interactive system contains an extensive database of jobs, updated daily, from several private job boards, corporate websites, and those listed through the department. Job seekers can search using several criteria including geography, keywords, occupational group, salary, education, and date posted. For those job seekers undecided about a specific career, the Career Services section offers tools to help the user map out a career path. The Source also provides information on nearly 92,000 Tennessee employers as well as a vast amount of labor market information covering areas such as job demand, economic indicators, wages, census data, and education/training programs.
