What is Hound?
Hound is a job search engine that shows its members jobs from every employer website it can find in the United States and throughout the world. We go to employer websites and report to you every job that we find. We accept no advertising and when you use Hound you are applying direct to employers.
Why use Hound?
Most jobs are posted on employer websites and not commercial job boards. The reason for this is that it is free for employers to post jobs on their own sites and may cost $300 or more for an employer to post a job on a commercial job site. Because jobs on employer websites typically are not anywhere near as known about as they would be if they were on a site like Monster, HotJobs, Indeed, CareerBuilder and so forth—jobs on employer websites typically receive hardly any applications because job seekers simply do not know about them. Hound allows its members to be the first and only applicants to these jobs on employer websites.
Hound does not allow any advertisers, and our search results are influenced only by what employers tell us are available. We do not list recruiter jobs at all. Our search results are not influenced by advertisers like other sites are. We only list jobs direct from employer websites. Hound is pure job search.

wow, The is a huge data base of employer and emplyee. The site join the job seeker and job provider. I recommend it for all job seekers for compulsory register and have a good benefit from the site.

This is a scam site. plain and simple. Do your research and google hound is a scam and see what this company is really about. Your job search efforts are better spent elsewhere.
I seriously hope that someone from DOL really investigates some of the submissions here, including Hound.com and it's sister sites Employment Crossing, HR Crossing, Law Crossing and all the other scam sites owned by Harrison Barnes. This site charges JOB SEEKERS $30 a month to view jobs that don't exist! All the jobs they have on their site are scraped from other sites and most are already expired. The LIE they sell to job seekers is just shameful. Once job seekers figure it out and try to cancel the service, they can't seem to do so and keep getting charged. I'd suggest a google search about "hound.com scam" before you get hounded by them!
It is very important for job seekers to realize that they don't need to pay for job listings. There are plenty of sites that provide job listings absolutely free to job seekers and there is no need for job seekers to pay anything to access job listings.

Why do we have job seeker paid sites on this website. Unless this tool is free to all seeker it should be removed. Better montoring should be in place.
