CA Career Zone has three components: assessment, industry/job info, and a 'Reality Check' tool. The Reality Check is a great tool for the younger job-seeker/student as it walks users through a series of questions about the lifestyle they want to live. At the end, it adds up the $$$ of that lifestyle and then links to jobs matching that salary range. Very good eye opener for people!
The job info is similar to the O*Net and has california specific salary and outlook info.
The assessments include a Holland Code style Quick Assessment and an interest profiler
